Have you found your passion for life?

Is There an Emptiness Inside? Do you ask yourself, “Why am I here?”
These are internal nudgings to find the passion or passions you have for life.
Self-Reflection
All of us are on a journey through this life, and no two journeys are the same. Finding your passion or passions starts with internal reflection examining who you are, your values, your interests, and your dislikes.
Passions?
Yes, you can have more than one passion. Throughout our lives we are told we have to pick one thing to study, one type of job to aim for and I’m here to tell you, that is hogwash!! We are not little robots that are programmed to have only one interest or one passion. You can have as many interests that you want. Some will become passions and others will remain as interests. A passion is a topic or subject in which you have a long sustained interest. You may discover a new something and it captures your attention for a day, a week or a month before it is forgotten or put aside. But a passion will still be an interest a year or even ten years later.
Life is infinite with infinite things to be interested in.
Play & Explore
Discovering your interests starts with exploration. Exploration of self and of the world. A person must be willing and ready to take action on both. I help clients with their journey of both inner and outer exploration to find those interests that resonate best with them. It takes courage to take the step of exploration. Are you ready for it?
