Brainstorming groups: Monthly groups to assist with idea generation based on your initial concept. This can be used for decision making or for goal setting.
Accountability groups: Small groups of 4-8 people who meet biweekly over two months (four meetings total). These are the next step after brainstorming to outline the next actions for forward movement of your concept.
